/B200E/B400P/B400E/B800P Cards carry a five-year warranty against hardware defect.  If your card fails, please email us (click here).  We will issue you an RMA Number and give you a shipping address to return the card.  Upon receipt of your old card, we will dispatch a replacement via DHL within 24 hours.

All returns are accepted within 3 months from the date of purchase. For returns under warranty, please first contact our technical support. If the card is defective, BBP Hardware will issue an RMA for repair or replacement.
